Zenta Calculator (“we”, “us”) runs the website zentacalculator.com. This policy explains what information is processed when you use the site and what choices you have.

The short version

• You do not need an account, and we do not ask for your name or email to use any calculator.
• Your calculations run in your own browser. The numbers you type are not sent to or stored on our servers.
• We do not sell personal information.

Information processed when you use the site

Numbers you enter. Calculations happen on your device. To make results shareable, the values you enter are added to the page address (URL) in your browser. If you copy or share that link, the values travel with it.

Server logs. Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records technical data for each request, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These logs are used to keep the site secure and running and are kept for a limited period set by the host.

Region detection. To show the right currency, units and number format, the site reads your device’s time zone and language setting inside your browser. This is not sent to us or stored.

Preferences. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so it is remembered next time. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings.

Fonts and files. All fonts and scripts are served from our own domain. The site does not load third-party trackers.

Analytics and advertising

We may in future use analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used, and advertising (such as Google AdSense) to keep the calculators free. These services may use cookies or similar technologies to measure visits and show ads, including personalised ads.

If we add them, we will update this policy before they go live and, where the law requires it (for example in the EU, UK and some US states), ask for your consent through a cookie banner. Embedded calculators

Other websites may embed our calculators. When you use an embedded calculator, the same rules in this policy apply to our part of that page. The website showing the embed has its own privacy policy.

Links to other sites

Pages may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Children

The site is a general-audience educational tool. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, India’s DPDP Act or California’s CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data about you, or to object to certain processing.
